The faucet for the main shower in our home randomly and inexplicably fell out of the wall. We have water damage in our walls and likely mold issues in the fallout because we have no idea how long this had been leaking before it finally fell out. Garett was here exactly when he said he'd be, created the necessary access panel for our bathroom without leaving a mess, fixed the faucet, and offered the names of trustworthy people to help with the other issues we're facing after buying a flipped property. He was very sympathetic to us and the corners cut by the crew that flipped the house. To have someone care about us and our family like that is so rare, and we are forever grateful to Garett and Rod-O-Matic for that. They are now our go-to plumbers without hesitation. I had an urgent need for some gas leaks in my pipes, affecting my furnace and gas stove. My gas had been shut off and Justin R showed up at my door On time and being all nice and polite and explaining things to me throughout the day. (It was a 5+ hour fix), Since several more leaks were detected, and he explained how he could fix them and what the cost would be, but never pushed me to approve the additional work. He just gave me the facts and tried his best to keep the price down, which I truly appreciated. Got all my leaks fixed by him, pressure test was successful, and gas co followed up. Garrett is a very professional and friendly guy. He did a great job with the repairs done to my home and he was great at explaining everything he was doing! I highly recommend this company.
